You will have to spend some energy, so eat something before the tour or bring some snacks with you.

Don't forget a bottle of water, as you will need it throughout the day!

Don’t forget to bring a swimsuit, spare clothes, towels to dry up and change of clothes. Take long sleeves with you as it can get cold in the air-conditioned van after a long day in the sun.
